International Ship Registration

International Ship Registration

Our flags have lower costs, zero tax on ship’s profits, worldwide port access and a host of other benefits!

We have the Right Flag for You

Former territories of the British Empire, the nations of Kiribati, Naoero and Tuvalu are all members within the Commonwealth of Nations. They maintain close diplomatic ties with Australia and New Zealand.  Located in the South Pacific, these nations operate ship registration following recognized international conventions. As such, we have vessels sailing in the Atlantic, Pacific, Indian Ocean and Mediterranean. Our flags are welcomed around the world, while granting our clients the excellent tax benefits and cost savings compared to other registrations.

Seabliss Marine Services is able to assist you in selecting the best flag for your needs.

How do our flags Compare?

Business Advantages

Our flags are economically competitive, offering special benefits, quality around-the-clock service and low fees.  All of our flags permit registration by foreign persons and companies.  Each flag offers a different mix of strengths which our sales team can discuss with you, but to summarize a few:

Reputable Flag Status

Our flags are welcome in ports around the globe and Tuvalu is listed on the Tokyo MOU Whitelist, making our flags functionally equivalent to many other well known names in the maritime industry.

Lower Costs

Zero Tax on vessel’s profits, lower registration fees, and crew endorsement only required for officers, all of which means lower costs for your company.

24/7 Support and Fully Online

Online registration, electronic certificates / attestation letters, and around-the-clock service keeps your vessels operational and compliant.

Other Advantages

Our flags permit foreign persons and companies to register under them, without incorporating within the flag country.

Our flags have no minimum tonnage requirements.

We accept vessels up to 25 years of age and older vessels require additional approval which we can assist you with.

Our flags allow dual registration (BBC-IN / BBC-OUT), in that if a vessel is chartered and the chartering company chooses to fly another flag, such as ours, our flags allow for this type of use.

Our flags have competitive pricing for single delivery voyages.  Fill out a quote, and provide us with a port of departure and port of arrival.

Staffing a crew becomes easier with our flags as we only require crew endorsements for officers.

Environmental and Social Responsibility

A flag visually represents a nation, carrying with it the ideals, values, and behaviors of a culture. While other flag states may offer deep discounts, with that lower cost comes an affiliation with your vessel. Some countries are known to be hot spots for illegal drug smuggling. While other nations may have subpar or poor environmental track records.

Here at Seabliss Marine Services, we offer flags from governments with stellar environmental track records, several with an on-going commitment toward protecting our planet. Our flags represent the front line of modern environmental protection. Furthermore, all of our flags are located in the South Pacific and operate democratically elected governments with close ties to New Zealand and Australia.

Choose a flag that represents a superior environmental commitment to preserve and protect our future. Chose a flag from a peaceful country with ethical governance!
