Radio Accounting Authority

Company Audit

Seabliss Marine Services provides Company and Ship Audit services for our flags.  We are authorized issuers for your DOC and SMC.  By packaging these services into a single offering for your company, we have streamlined the ship registration process.

Ship Chartering

Seabliss Marine Services engages in vessel chartering for tugs and barges.  Different chartering options are available:

  • Time Charter – Chartering a vessel for a selected period of time.
  • Voyage Charter – Chartering for a specific voyage, port of departure and port of destination.
  • Bareboat Charter – Also known as demise charter, management of the vessel is under the charterer for a specified period of time.

ISCLASS SHIP SURVEY

Headquartered in Shanghai, China, ISCLASS is a private classification society (RO) that is licensed by the flag states Niue and Nauru to survey and classify ships, issuing certificates on their behalf.

ISCLASS classifies and certifies marine vessels and structures on the basis of their architecture, design and safety standards. Having appointed surveyors globally, ISCLASS is positioned to ensure cost effectiveness and efficiency in conducting the necessary surveys on behalf of the flag states.

Seabliss Marine Services has been appointed an agent of ISCLASS to carry out the full spectrum of certificate issuance and services on behalf of ISCLASS. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, ISCLASS has equipped itself to be able to conduct all surveys remotely, ensuring the integrity of conducted surveys while maintaining the safety of our surveyors.
